התפקיד הוא הובלת תשתיות הענן מקצה לקצה, מאסטרטגיה ועד ביצוע, תוך ניהול צוות מהנדסי DevOps המשרתים מספר קבוצות מוצר. בעל/ת התפקיד מעצב/ת כיצד הארגון בונה, משחרר ומתפעל תוכנה. התפקיד כולל קביעת כיוון טכנולוגי, חניכת הצוות ושותפות עם הנהלת ההנדסה במודרניזציה של הפלטפורמה.

We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Lead, reporting directly to the CTO, to own our cloud and delivery infrastructure end-to-end — from strategy and architecture to hands-on execution. You’ll lead a team of DevOps engineers serving multiple product groups, and shape how the organization builds, ships, and operates software: from CI/CD and Kubernetes to observability, security, cost, and developer experience. This is a role for someone who wants real ownership: you’ll set the technical direction, mentor the team, and partner directly with engineering leadership on modernizing our platform — including how AI-assisted and agentic development practices reshape the delivery pipeline. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and grow the DevOps team; own professional development and delivery quality. Define and execute the infrastructure and DevOps roadmap in partnership with engineering leadership. Design, deploy, and operate cloud infrastructure on Azure (AKS, networking, identity, App Services). Own Kubernetes platform engineering: cluster lifecycle, scaling, and workload reliability. Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines and golden paths that make the right way the easy way for development teams (.NET, Python, Angular, Node.js). Drive infrastructure-as-code adoption and standards (Terraform / Bicep). Own observability and incident management: monitoring, alerting, SLOs, post-incident reviews, and continuous reliability improvement. Embed security into the delivery pipeline (DevSecOps): scanning, secrets management, and least-privilege access. Lead the modernization of legacy infrastructure and workloads toward cloud-native platforms. Track and optimize cloud spend (FinOps) and vendor relationships. דרישות התפקיד: What You’ll Bring 5+ years in DevOps / SRE / platform engineering roles, including 3+ years leading a team. Deep hands-on experience with cloud services in production (preferably Azure). Strong Kubernetes administration and operations experience at scale. Proven track record building and owning CI/CD platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins). Solid infrastructure-as-code experience (Terraform or equivalent). Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent). Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across teams — you can translate between engineering detail and organizational strategy. Hands-on experience with observability platforms (Dynatrace, Coralogix, Grafana, or similar). Nice to Have GitOps practices (ArgoCD, Flux). Familiarity with microservices architectures and event-driven systems. Experience with AI-assisted development tooling and workflows.
